Teams from four markets met in Hua Hin to align on FY2027 priorities and strengthen collaboration across the Group.
In October 2026, IRMA Holdings brought together our teams from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines for the Group Regional Meeting 2026 in Hua Hin, Thailand.
Over several days, colleagues from across our businesses, including IRMA Insights, Ark Insights and Cybots, came together to look back on FY2026 and agree on the priorities that will shape FY2027.
Reflecting on FY2026
Each business shared its key achievements from the past year. These sessions recognised the progress our teams made across markets and the lessons that will carry into the year ahead.
Aligning on FY2027
Leaders and teams agreed on shared goals and go-to-market plans for the coming year. They also looked for ways our businesses can work more closely to deliver greater value to clients and partners.
Building Connections Across Markets
Beyond the business sessions, the meeting gave colleagues time to connect in person. Through conversations, shared experiences and celebration, teams that usually work across borders built stronger relationships.
