In 2024, IRMA Insights received our first Enabling Mark (Silver) from SG Enable. This year, at the Enabling Mark Awards Ceremony 2026, we received it again.
The Enabling Mark is a national accreditation for inclusive employers, assessed across six areas: leadership and culture, recruitment, workplace accessibility, employment practices, community engagement and inclusive hiring.
More than a One-Time Achievement

Receiving the Enabling Mark a second time shows that inclusion is built into how we hire, support and develop our teams, not a one-off initiative. It is a standard we hold ourselves to every year, and one we will keep building on.
