Training and Recruitment Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Training and Recruitment Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, training program development, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience in insurance sales, particularly within a Call Center environment, is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Utilize exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to interact effectively with candidates, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Apply expertise in insurance sales to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service within a Call Center environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, demonstrating proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Prior experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen ability to negotiate effectively.
- Background in insurance sales, ideally within a Call Center environment.
